Celebrating Success: Matthew Webb

We're thrilled to announce that Matthew Webb our dedicated field engineers, has successfully completed his Category 1 F-Gas Course. This accomplishment is a testament to their commitment to professional development and expertise in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

 

Let's delve into Matthew Webb's journey here at Epta:

Matthew joined the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in 2021, fuelled by the ambition of advancing his career. In January 2022, he joined Epta and became a Case Clean PPM Engineer for Co-op. Over the course of his time here, Matthew achieved basic Refrigeration Electrical, Category 4, and most recently, Category 1 F-Gas certifications, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning.

With these qualifications under his belt, Matthew is now equipped to handle the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVACR systems with competence. His achievements have opened doors to increased responsibilities, such as being included in the on-call rota for Costa small works. Matthew's ultimate goal is to progress from his current role in case cleaning to a more advanced engineering position.

Looking ahead, Matthew plans to further enhance his skills by completing additional courses, including Hydrocarbon CO2. He also aspires to attain his NVQs at Epta's prestigious training academy. His enthusiasm for the diverse range of projects at Epta and the support of his team, particularly acknowledging the contributions of Paul Marsden and Julian Wood, have been instrumental in his success.
