Leadership Course: Epta and SDA Bocconi together to forge new talents

Epta gives way to the renewed edition of EPTAcademy with the start of the EPTAcademy Leadership Program.

The project, conceived in 2017, has the goal of increasing managerial skills and providing practical tools to make the management of business, teams and individuals more efficient. The training course, result of the collaboration between Epta and SDA Bocconi School of Management, involves 36 participants of 8 different business departments, from 12 nations.


“Through the EPTA Academy Leadership Program we want to encourage the development of our talents and promote an entrepreneurial mentality shared inside the Group”; comments Marco Nocivelli, Chairman and CEO of Epta, who adds: “During the course, the participants not only increase their soft skills and personal awareness, but also have the opportunity to meet #EptaPeople from all over the world, deepening different cultures and consolidating their personal role. Corporate training in leadership: the programme

In detail, the corporate training programme develops around two modules.

The first, “Be an Effective People Leader” - which has just ended – is dedicated to the development of leadership in the current context starting from the Epta model of leadership. The second, “Be an Effective Business Leader” is directed at developing a strategic vision, focused on the customer, innovation and entrepreneurship.

The key elements are transmitted effectively through a teaching method based on business case, simulations and role play, outlining the global challenges in the classroom dimension.

Finally, the residential formula of the programme and the organisation of team building activities favour cohesion among participants and the construction of a motivated and close-knit team.  

An initiative which focuses on people and their development. A project which bears witness to how enhancing and investing in its own human assets is a key pillar for Epta, able to make the difference and ensure the Group’s success every day.
