ALBA shortlisted for Recycled Product of the Year at the National Recycling Awards 2026

ALBA has been shortlisted in the Recycled Product of the Year category at the National Recycling Awards 2026, recognising its approach to material use and the incorporation of recycled content into refrigerated cabinet design.

Developed with a focus on making better use of materials, ALBA brings recycled content into a premium refrigerated cabinet, helping to give valuable materials a second life.

The cabinet’s inner tub contains 40% material recovered from Epta’s own production waste, while other plastic components contain at least 90% recycled content. This approach helps reduce reliance on virgin materials and supports more circular use of resources within the product.

The National Recycling Awards recognise achievements in recycling, resource efficiency and the circular economy, celebrating organisations and innovations helping to drive progress across the sector.

The winners will be announced at the National Recycling Awards ceremony in December. We look forward to representing Epta UK on the night and celebrating alongside customers and industry partners from across the sector.
